ok. i am going to lose 5lbs by new years. i feel like that is a realistic and attainable goal. i am gaining so much weight and feeling so self conscious its suffocating. and i forgot how good it can feel to work out. i was all hungover had a bunch of water and some coal and was still feeling shitty. so i decided to work out. and i feel so much better. and i can't wait to lose these 5 lbs. then 5 more after that and be back to my normal weight!
