the class starts at 6, i show up on campus with a few minutes to spare, so i organize my backpack and go pee. i arrive at class and am in desk at exactly 6pm. well, he took roll at 5:55. so i go up to him after class and explain i was on time but missed role, and i don't want to be dropped from the class so could he please make note i showed up? he retorts that 12 people are trying to add and that my spot is in jeapordy and he absoultely will not re take roll.

while i realize his dropping me is probably an empty threat, requiring people to be 5 minutes early, especially on the first day of class where no one actually knows this is your policy, is pretty fucking lame. i'm sure he knows that i would raise hell with the deans office, especially because said hell was raised to get me into the class. just the fact that he even threatened it really pissed me off.

though, everyone else seemed to get the memo. because i was the 3rd to last person to arrive, and i was exactly on time.

i'm also taking an online class. online classes do not bode with me, because you must be self accountable and actually remember yourself to constantly be on top of things, which is not my specialty. anyways. for christmas/birthday my parents were kind enough to gift me with an imac. which is way way more than i deserve. and it took alot of convincing. but actually, it took them to convince me to get it, because i wanted a PC, where you could get one that was twice as nice for half the price. they threw R and all his computer engineering savvy, and how could i say no.

anyways so i have this online class that is completely based on a statistical software program, that does not have a mac version. just to make it clear, i am not ungratefull at all, im allready loving my mac, that fact just sucked.

probably even more for my parents, because that means dad and i must share more computer time. and i will always trump him because i need it for school ;)

anyways i pretty sure i had more to complain about, but i'm pooped.
